Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, provided the product is unused and in original condition.
Customized, installed, or used machines are not eligible for return or exchange.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded under warranty terms.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue is due to company error.
